All minors (18 and under) are required to have at least two adults with them at all times while on campus.

The Chapel
CHECKLIST FOR LEAVING
1) Clean up all trash and take to the dumpster, outside, on the backside of the gym.
​
2) Return thermostat to default temperature setting. Somewhere around 72 degrees.
3) Make sure the stage area is clear of everything except the pulpit.
​
4) Turn off all lights.
​
5) Lock all all 3 exterior doors.
​
6) You may need to deadbolt the front double doors from the inside. Then exit one of the back doors, on either side of the stage. You can exit the building going either way in that hallway.
​
7) Be sure and pull any exterior doors closed tight when you leave, testing to make sure they are fully locked.
The Prayer Room
CHECKLIST FOR LEAVING
1) Clean up all trash and take to the dumpster, outside, on the backside of the gym.

2) You are welcome to leave the door open when you leave.
​
3) Do not leave any food or drink in this room.
​
4) Turn off lights.
Room 301

Storage Room Behind Chapel
CHECKLIST FOR LEAVING
1) Keep this room organized so you are able to easily access what you need.

2) Give IHBC access to the Bell Tower Chimes Computer.
​​
3) Do not leave any open food or drink in this room.
​
4) Turn off lights.
​
5) Lock the door.
The Baptismal
CHECKLIST
1) Robes are located in the plastic container in the Storage Room 302
​​
2) Turn on the water and make sure the drain plug is closed to allow the tub to fill.
​​​
3) Takes about 45 minutes to fill
​​
4) Turn on pump and heater switches. Heater will shut off automatically when it reaches set temperature.
​​
5) Reverse to drain water.
​
6) Turn off light and lock door.
The Gym / Gym Closet
CHECKLIST
1) Lights are located outside the double doors of the gym
​​
2) Please return thermostat to default temperature (around 73 degrees)
​​​​
3) The code for the gym closet will be given when you reserve the gym.
​​
4) Please use the broom in the custodial closet to sweep the gym. Mop where needed.
​
5) Take all trash out to the dumpster, located outside in the back of the gym.
​​
6) Do not leave any open food or drinks.
​
7) Close the double doors to the gym and turn off lights.
​
8) Return the broom/mop to the custodial closet.

The Kitchen
CHECKLIST
1) Turn lights off.

2) Wash and return all kitchen items to their rightful place.
​​​​
3) Clean grill if used.
​​
4) Please use the broom in the custodial closet to sweep the floor. Mop where needed.
​
5) Take all trash out to the dumpster, located outside in the back of the gym.
​​
6) Do not leave any open food or drinks. ​
​
7) Return the broom/mop to the custodial closet.
​
8) Label and date anything left in the fridge/freezer.
​
9) Wipe down counters.
